Spherical-tensor bases for property tensors

A representation-theory framework that uses spherical tensors as a basis to enumerate the symmetry-allowed components of property tensors — the second-harmonic susceptibility $chi^{(2)}_{ijk}$, its electric-quadrupole extension $chi^{(2,mathrm{EQ})}_{ijkl}$, and beyond — for crystallographic and magnetic point groups.
